i have a b16 with a ls trans and for some reason my starter goes in but the bolts dont line up and its a ls starter and my clucth stay to the floor in less i up it up does anyone know what would make that do that

 

you need to be more specific with whats going on but the clutch proly needs to be bled.sounds like theres air in the hydrolic line

 

Check for a leaking clutch master cylinder. Look inside and see if fluid has run down.
