Default motor mount inserts...

anyone have any experience driving with a b series swap using stock integra mounts with aftermarket motor mount inserts?

i have both, energy suspension mount inserts to be more specific, just wondering what pros and cons i would have compared to using a hasport mount kit?

I think the Hasport kit would be stiffer and you would feel more vibration in the car.

I have the inserts Ive had them foe a While there not bad but if you make serious power your gonna need some hasport ones. What I did was I bought the Hasport Rear and kept the inserts not that bad on vibration.
