i'm looking to add the stock civic cruise control.... these are the parts i think i need.

dash power switch
cruise control ecu module
actuator under the hood
cruise control portion of wireing harness
steering wheel controls..

this is my question... i THINK the steering wheel controls connect to the clock spring in the steering colum right? is there just a wire connection on both sides that connects to the clockspring and can mine be used or do i need a new one?
