guy 1 puts an arm out and guy two uses two fingers to pull guy one's arm down while guy one resists. next guy two knocks guy one on head and repeats, this time guy one is unable to resist because his brain senses the impact and does something so his body doesnt respond the same or something along those lines. next they do the same thing but guy one wears a helmet and is able to resist being pulled down because the helmet softened the impact to the head.

Great cliffs, when the gf gets home from work I'm going to give this a go.
