yes pretty easy to do

 

Plug and play. You can swap out the DX speedo/odo and put it into the EX cluster to retain mileage (3 screws).

definatly do it if your speedo works. otherwise when ya sell the car the milage can be VOID on the car!

i did it on my old 94EX civic when my speedo went bad i bought a cheap DX cluster with only 1K miles more on the speedo and swaped them out.

changing the DX cluster to a EX/SI is very simple!!!! just plug and play. all 92-95 are the same and from 96-00 are the same. i just swaped my 96dx canadian cluster to a US EX cluster so far it works great. tho my title will say milage problem if i sell the car! tho i have documented printed/pictures of the milage on the us ex cluster and the old canadian cluster so it shouldnt be to bad to for the buyer IF/WHEN i sell the car.
