Default Witch mods for 250bhp on a Ep3 type-r (EDM)

Hey guys!

I'm in the market for a EDM EP3 Type-r 200bhp.
Now every time i buy i car i want to know how far performance mods will get me so:

how do i get it to +/-250bhp?

It's the european version of the Type-r Ep3 with K20 engine.

Now i'm just a newbie in the honda scene(always had BMW)so please go slowly on me when i ask noob questions

How do you think about this:

-AEM v2. induction(or is there a beter one)?
-Jackson racing header (4-2-1)
-decat (or how do call it,testpipe?) 3"
-INvidia cat-back 3"?(or any 3" turbo back system)
-skunk2 camshafts
-hondata custom reflash
-larger trottle body?

But this would only get me to 220 - 230 bhp max. right?

I don't want to go boost(i do want to but its highly illegal in my country )

In fact every form of performance upgrades is illegal in Belgium!

So most of us just put mods on our cars that can't be seen when you open the hood.

Except for an intake or something.

bhp = power at the crank right?

Full bolt ons + cams + k-pro should be able to achieve that

Do you think turbochargers are legal in the states or something?

If you want 250 bhp and want to stay legal, buy a factory 250 bhp car and be done. I hear Evos are kinda fast...

bhp= brake horsepower. It drops a bit in correspondence to the transmission, etc., and what is actually delivered to the wheels.

I think.

Your car has a K20A2 engine. You should get close to 250bhp with the following mods:

AEM v1 CAI or ITG Maxogen intake
RBC intake manifold
Toda, Buddyclub or DC Sports race header
Proper catback exhaust (Spoon, Fujitsubo, Toda, etc.)
Hondata K-Pro
