1996 front knuckles into 1992 - can i use the civic brake hose on the teg knuckles?

1996 front knuckles into 1992 - can i use the civic brake hose on the teg knuckles?
hi there.
im in the process all swapping all 4 corners to teg brakes in my 92 hb. i already ordered new 96 rear brake hose to replace the old worn out ones. i'm not sure if the ebrake that came with the rear trailing arms will fit, but ill find out when i try to fit them in.
my main question is tho, will my stock brake hose work on the teg front knuckles. im asking because i bought my front brake hose new and want to swap out new hoses, but dont want to buy new if they work, thanks
oh yeah, and im asking because i havent taken out the fronts yet, only the back
