I em having heeps of sh*t trying to take off the last bolt on my intake manifold...i have a 94 hatch
- seems like the only way i am going to get it off is take the motor out of the car!

'any one know a easy way to get to this last bolt..'

 

get one of those bendy bolt thingys.........basically a jointed elbow for the socket.

 

I can only emagine once its off , how much of sh*T i will have to do tryn to torque it to specs...

You're probably talking about the nut underneath the 2nd and 3rd cylinder runners, correct?? Did you take off the oil filter?? Pull that sucker out and you should be able to get it fairly easy. I talked to a Honda technician, and he said if you can't torque em down, just get them snug..not too tight, as you will spread the gasket out too far. remember the 2 bolts that are straight up when you look from underneath, which hold the IM to a bracket!! I always forget those. Good luck, the elbow should do the triznick tho..

 

I did not take out the oil filter gonna go try it now...let you know if it comes off..thanks for the torque tip...heh i woulda torque em and mess up my new gasket

 

tried it from the bottom yet? I seen a post before and thet is what they were doing with an extention and a swivel (knuckle) socket
