I'm looking to pickup a S2K muffler for cheap and getting welded onto my 2.5" piping to lose my "fart can" and getting something more low profile. Would it pose any problems to have it welded to my axle back or would I be better off just getting a different muffler/exhaust setup.

Any pics of the muffler welded onto the system would be appreciated too.

Seen it done it hatchback but never see it on a sedan or coupe. Bring it to a muffler shop and they will figure it out for you.
