Default dead radio?

i was filling up my tires with air through one of those air pumps that plug into your car's power outlets. i got to the last tire and almost finished and all of a sudden it dies. no power. the radio has no power at all, i pushed it on and off and even entered my radio code but it still doesn't turn on.
could it be the battery is getting weak? i turned the car engine on and it still started, but i haven't driven it around yet. anyone else have this problem?

i bought it used and don't have the owner's manual, wouldn't even know if it would help.

engine sounds great, but i need my music

no i haven't yet. i don't know what i'd be looking for without the owners manual. i did manage to find a website that does sell owners manual. i could take a look though.

all the fuse are label, it's right next to the clutch pedal if i ma not mistaken, you probably overloaded the outlet by pumping air

Yeah it's your fuse, the cigarette lighter and radio are on the same circuit. The air pump you were using must have drawn too much current. As iam7head said, the fuses are labeled inside the fuse box in the lower driver side kick panel.

There is usually some spare replacement fuses in the fuse panel. But you can buy automotive fuses all over the place, Kragen being one of them. You can even get them at wall mart

you can get fuses pretty much anywhere...they are very simple to change, you just find which one it is (according to the diagram) and yank it out with the fuse puller or some plyers. then pop the new one in. i would also make sure the car is off when your doing this (meaning the radio is off)

like whitesmoke said, take a look under the dash first...chances are there are some extra ones in there. Good luck!

Was the fuse blown?

Many factory Honda's do but that would not affect the cig lighter. Never removed my S2000 radio so I am not sure if it has one or not.
