Transmission/Engine Mount Change
I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX 2dr, I have already changed the driver side mounts. I was wondering how hard is it to change the rear engine mount? The trans kicks alot, and I noticed when I changed the driver side mounts they were completely deteriorated. I am hoping this will fix my issue. Also, just curious, does the "screen" in the trans ever go bad? Just not used to a trans without a filter.

They all kick like that for the most part, theres not really a whole lot you can do about. Believe me, i've looked into it before, my mother has a 6th gen hatch and i dread driving it, its jerks and kicks constantly, and it only has '92,000kms on it.

Just thought i'd add this, there is a TSB for harsh shifting issues with this transmission, but from what i've read it rarely fixes the issue. but its TSB HSN 0200-10 if you want to check it out.
