Default flickering oil light

I have a 94 honda prelude si and when i drive sometimes the oil light flickers on and off and then it goes away but then comes back on and off. I have checked the oil in my car and it is to the right mark and its really clean, I have no problems that i know on the car.

If the oil level is correct, it's either the oil pump going bad or a bad pressure switch. You won't know unless you test the oil pressure or replace the pressure switch and see if that solves the problem. It's more likely the switch.

You need an oil pressure gauge. You check it by removing the pressure switch and installing the gauge in it's position. Dl the service manual if you want to check these things.
