Interior lights fuse keeps blowing but radio also doesnt work?

Interior lights fuse keeps blowing but radio also doesnt work?
so my interior lights and radio does not work anymore. so i replaced my interior fuse but it keeps blowing after i replace it. its a 10A fuse. the only thing is, the radio fuse is fine. but the radio does not work? my power outlet thing does not work either, is that connected to the radio or interior light? can anybody help me decipher wut is wrong with my car? =*( its a 99' prelude type sh
