The one I purchased from Summit seemed to work just fine for the engines I've built. Its rather cheap and works.

 

I've used the Summit one fine as well. Word of advice is to maybe stay away from the motorized ones as you can easily take off more material than you want versus getting a "feeling" of the cutting wheel taking the material off by hand.
