Default 92 GSR... What do I do?

Ok so yeah, I'm a complete n00b. Make fun if you want but help will be appreciated. I have a 93 GS with really good suspension, full coilovers, camber kit, blah blah... But I just got a 92 GSR, bone stock(Aztec Green). I was wanting some ideas on what to do to it. An obvious choice is I/H/E, but I was thinking more. Also I am thinking of keeping it looking pretty stock. I would like to be making 200 whp when finished. I am aware that it won't be a simple fix, just want some ideas/direction.

I had two 92-93 Gsr's in the past and loved both of them. I turbocharged both of them, but enjoyed them much more when they were mildly modified. My suggestion would be to keep it simple. They look and drive great with very few mods. I would suggest suspension and wheels first. Either way, enjoy yourself!

Thanks for the advice. However, I don't belive wheels and suspension will help me get any closer to 200 than i already am. I think I'll keep the stock wheels, I like them. Plus it makes it look more stock. Which is the goal.

P.S. I think I want it to be NA.

Build the head, since it's the same head as the B16 parts are obviously really easy to come by and the easiest way to get a little more power from your motor.. As for building the lower end, that's a bit of a different story. When it comes to aftermarket rods for the B17, Crower is pretty much your only option, be prepared to dish out $800. You can get rid of the B17 crank and put in a B16 crank (so you'd have many more options when it comes to internals) but why the hell would you want to destroke a B17!!

You can swap out your B17 (P61) low compression pistons for some P30's to give you a little more kick. I have a set, if you're interested in them, let me know.

bore it out and then add ls crank and pistons and you basically have ls/v and it will look like a stock b17, then build the head and you should be close to the 200ish you want

I would have the head Port and polished and invest in Rocket Motorsports cams, valves, springs and retainers, big tube header and Hondata and you will be damn near 200whp.

Thanks for all of the advice. I think I'll build the head, obvious choice, plus the I/H/E previously mentioned. After that I'm having a hard time deciding what to do with the body as far as lowering it, wheels, paint, and emblems. On my 93 gs i have honda everywhere. No acura at all. But I don't know wether to paint it flat black put honda stuff everywhere and drop it with some black wheels or just drop it a little and keep stock paint wheels and acura emblems. IDK!!! I can NEVER make up my mind. Oh well, give me your input.
