painting H emblem
Assuming they are plastic (Would guess so
) I'd remove them with a blow dryer, and a chisel with maybe duct tape on the ends (to prevent from scratched the paint).
With the emblems off, I'd sand them done with some fine sand paper, and get a hold of some sort of plastic spray, something that adheres strictly to plastic. (of course, make sure you sand off the chrome finish of the plastic emblems).
Or.. If you decide not remove them, and paint them on the car, place tape on whatever you dont want painted, sand the emblems down, and then do as I said above.
I've use aerosol cans that are strictly for Vinyl and Plastic, and the finish is awesome, factory looking
