i am doing a mini me swap using a sohc zc block and pistons and a d16y8 head i need to know what timing belt to use and what headgasket i could use that would lower compression. Already searched this but could not find a mini me swap on a y8 head thanks

 

I was wondering the same thing because my A6 just died and was going to get a zc and do the same swap. Seeing how the A6 and sohc zc are just about identical, you would use the Y8 belt and head gasket because that's what you would use on the A6 with a Y8 head.
