I recall seeing a "interest" thread on this, seems as if their programmers moved pretty quick on putting this out in their latest version. Pretty neat
They added it a couple weeks back, hondata.
If anyone needs a strain gage installed we can have it turned around in 2 days for you.

Haha I know, I was just messing around. I always wondered how difficult it would be to try to get a K-series ECU to run on a B/D/H/F series, its just something I never had the money to try.

Because it was shipped to you on 2 seperate occasions and wasnt signed for and you know that. How many times am i supposed to ship something to someone and keep eating shipping charges? Then the last time you told me your girlfriend would be there it was magically signed for.
I have done a few of these as of late not only for honda guys and have had them back in my hands in no more then 3 days.

Okay, how dumb would it be to just add a push button on the shifter to activate this feature than it would be to use the strain gauge setup? I think it would be the same as full throttle shift? Unless the strain gauge setup actually kills timing for a split second to allow for the shift?
My thought is to drill a momentary switch into the shifter. Then press the button and shift. Ideas? It'd send it a voltage signal to the connector and activate the feature.

More work then needed. A wise man once told me that you want the driver to have as little control over something when he is driving the car. He should only be able to have to drive it and thats it. Strain gauge

you will never in a million years be able to time that correctly...by correctly i guess i mean more of precisely as the strain gage.
watch the video of my first pass in the integra on the 9.7 pass. thats a perfect example of why you dont try to be creative and you just buy the strain gage. that would have been atleast a 9.5 pass LOL
has anybody tried the strain gage yet? i think i have a dyno appointment tomorrow night of a S300 car with a good trans in it. hmmm.........
