Hey, what up... I have a 02 accord SE 2.3 (4 cyl) F23A4 motor... i just got the car, and replace the engine because the engine was blown on it... so I put the original engine.. I did the timing belt n water pump, Change the oil filter, oil, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and Cap n rottor.. the car started good .. but i have a little problem... my Vtec is not is not working and everytime i step on the gas to pass someone once the car reach 4000 the car stars jurking... it does it even when the car is on park... People tell me it could be the Vtec... So if any one could tell me what could be the reason the car is having this proble... Thanks for the help...

Is it throwing a Vtec code. Might just need to replace v-tec soloniod. Check harness to Vtec make shure not damaged or shorted to ground. Sorry dont know much about the vtec iteself.
