Yes. Sounds like you have the Gen1 Peakboost manifold. They have done quite well for improvement since that version. It is the angle of the flange that is your problem. It may be in your best interest to cut off the 44mm flange, and have it rewelded. Give peakboost a shout, they may be able to do that for you.

I had that happen a few years ago. It is correctable. No need to reinvest in a topmount if it isn't necessary.

Thanks Mac, yeah over the 6 years we've made a countless amount of manifolds. With product improvement always being a huge focus

This customer contacted us earlier and is looking at upgrading to a topmount altogether.

So, we're going to go ahead and bring in his other manifold as credit towards his HVS topmount upgrade

Peak Boost is a great company to do business with. Always available. Their products are top notch. I cant wait to see the numbers we put down with the top mount.
