will a b16 lsd cable tranny work on a b18a? dont mean to sound dumb but i need an answer fast thanks

 

yes but depends on what chassis u putting it in or if you're using a conversion kit

 

looks to be a DA so yes it will, just make sure you have the right clutch. 90-91s are different than 92+

 

Its not for that car in the picture, but it is for my other da. its a 91 with a motor and complete harness out of a 93. The cars not a daily, nor a street driver at all. I race it circle track stg2 crowers, ti-retainers-flat valves and some cheap eBay mild ecu mod just to let it revv out higher. Its the quickest car in the straights seeing as it only weighs 1960 with me in it and its got some ***** no doubt, yet i have horrible traction problems comin out of the turns. It'll spin the left front all the way down the straight on a 1/3mi track unless i ease into it I was hoping to buy this lsd to help with the traction problem. the guy said it was cable, out of a Rex with a b16 and it was a stock lsd.. I know Id need a different clutch i was more concerned if splines would be different?
