DC5 Brembo brake model # & rotor question
Does anyone know what the brembo model # is for the DC5 brembo brakes?
I also need to replace the rotors for the DC5 brembo brakes, which model from an Acura or Honda will fit?

sorry but rotors have to be sourced for a jdm shop. There is no car that is a honda that has the same rotor. Brake pads you can get here. But not rotors.

I called Brembo USA and they basically told me to f**k off ... the have no idea and will not support that rotor in the US. Anyone know Italian and want to called Brembo in Europe?
The only option I have found at this point is to order rotors through Mugen ... however a replacement set for front and rear will run you around $1K ...
The boys at OPAK have connections for stock honda DC5R rotors ... at one point I was going to get some through them, but ended up going with Mugen.
Basically it is a huge pain in the *** ...

Rebuild? I went to Works and they quoted my $200-$300 for labor. It's not hard to rebuild. Fading can be fixed by bleeding the brakes.
My calipers have ripped dust boots. Dust boots are only $6 each. I'm going to rebuild them myself.
Thanks folks.

this is why I would rather do the Type-S brake conversion on my EP3 then the DC5-R Brembo kit... Don't get me wrong the Brembo kit is awesome and brakes better but for convenience its a huge PITA!!!
