where is a good place to buy a heat gun for shrink wrap

Default where is a good place to buy a heat gun for shrink wrap

Hey Guys what up,

I just wanted to know where I can go to buy a good quality heat gun for shrink wrap. should I just buy a cheap hair dryer or what. They do the same thing right. What do you guys think. Let me know.

Any hardware store will have it, even wallmart. I don't think you need to spend allot of $$ on one unless you use it every day or something.

Google. Milwaukee makes a good heat gun. I use/own Hakko stuff and it has worked great for about 300,000 shrinks over the year.

I've had my Harbor Freight heat gun for over 3 years of hard use. One time I thought I broke it but I opened it up and a piece of stripped insulation fell out. Still use it on a daily basis except when I have my butane soldering iron in hand.

Harbor freight all the way for this one. I bought this heat gun a year ago and I use it all the time with no issues at all.
