Default help idle searched.

I need help with an idle issue. i have searched already and only came up on stuff that are different from mines. My idle issue is that when ever i turn on my car it idles from 1-3000 rpm back and forth, there is no check engine light or what so ever. i have tried changing the map sensor and the iacv, but it is still idleing unless you give it gas. any help is good.

Check for vacuum leaks, and check the fast idle thermo valve (fitv). It may need cleaned.
