Default Help! Electrical problems, car died out while driving...

Ok, I have a 1998 EX with a JDM B18C. Everything has been fine since I put the b18 in 2 years ago. Just recently, I was driving and the radio got all static-ey, then I lost all power and the car just died. It just clicks when you try to turn it over. Went and got a new battery, put it in, and she fired right up. Drove around for a couple days and everything was good, then it died again. This time we pulled the alternator out, had it tested and it ended up being bad. Bought a brand new alternator, put it in and she fired right up again. Well, after driving for a couple days, its dead again. I sanded the engine ground that comes off by the trans, as well as the one that comes off of the front of the motor by the valve cover.

Any ideas on what I should test or things to check? I'm all all out of ideas here.
