Default got my crx down to 1800 lbs. what else can i remove to lower?

its still a st car i drive around so i dont wanna tube frame or nothing but its gutted completely. i cut out any extra brackets i can find and stuff. no dash or nothing like that. what else is removable that wont cause problems with driving the car? id like 1600lbs but dunno if i can get that low with a st car.. rear 1/4 window are lexan. i also have lexan for drivers and pass doors.. any ideas? 90 si. sunroof is just a piece of sheet metal . its been eliminated to. doors are gutted. no pass seat anymore, no exhaust. under car shields are off.. im runnin out of ideas on what else to take off.

Its not stock. Its just not cut.
No heat/no pass seat/ no panels/ no carpet/ no front or rear bumper support/ stock hood with webbing cut.

I'd get a fibre glass or CF rear hatch with Lexan. That should help

Yeah, I'd go with Clayton and get a fiber glass or CF rear hatch, I heard the rear hatches are really heavy.

If the roll bar is mild steel you could replace it with cm tubing.

that roll cage will never come out the way i welded it in.. id rather leave it alone. the hatch ya i think has alot of weight, the main window and the small one near bottom. there are no bumper supports anymore..

lexan all the windows
get an after market crossmember
fiberglass one piece front end(cant do if its a street car)
fiberglass doors and/or hatch(wouldnt reccomend doors if its a street car)

that should get you down to around 1725ish

just make it a full drag car and add a 1 gallong fuel cell and yank out the old tank...a street car @ 1600 will be impossible.

area51 used to make them. i know Paul Bahan(spelling) blue hotrod hatch from Canada, uses a tubular front subframe. i havent seen a tubular subframe forsale, since probably 2001 or so

pehaps they were thinking of the front crossmember the crx and older integras have ? replace that with a "traction bar" ??

traction bar probably wont save u much weight at all if any but it is def. a good upgrade from your stock mushing bushing setup to some nice spherical bearings

They look like real lights to me Dave. There's a gap beside the headlight on the inside, pass side
