Ok, well it seems like I have paint on the lower passenger side of my car. It goes all the way across it. At first I thought it was tar but I tried everything except clay bar and it didn't come off. It is just a bunch of little raised spots. Will claybar remove the paint? Or what other suggestions do you guys have to get rid of it.
