I'm bout to purchase an 88 crx si and was wanting to know I'd an sir bumper will bolt right on or not? Will I need to get the sir headlights and hood also to make it work?

 

you will need the headlights and hood for the gaps to line up correctly.

then you will need the correct radiator t-bar to close the hood.

i tried using the sir bumper bracket on my car and it has over an inch space between the end of the bracket and where it is supposed to mount to the car. I am going to try to use my stock one and cut out the edges to clear the bumper lenses to see if that fits any better.


oh, and if you get the headlights, you need to rewire them. the crx has a low beam bulb and a high beam bulb. the sir has a combo low/high bulb.
