b16 eg- wont rev past 4k?...this ever happened to you?

alright i just got a b16a swapped eg coupe. everything seems cool but when i rev it up it wont rev past 4k rpm's. ive tried different cumputers but all the same result. also throwing code for injectors and 02 sensor

any help would be great

fix the cel's.

then get back at us if the problem continues.

not positive, but i think when the cars running in limp mode, it keeps you from having high revs...not sure though.
