92 si with a blown h23a1 and swapped over to a jdm h22a


Ive searched the forums and tried most of the methods given. I got everthing in except for the rear mount. Its only off by about 1 inch and wont line up. That 1 inch wont budge at all. ive tried loosening all the mounts and tried to move the motor that didnt work. i believe i might have damaged the rear mount when droppin the motor in place somehow. Im all out of ideas and frustrated to hell. so im open to any suggestions. everything on the car is ready to go and startup but the only thing that keeps me from driving it is the rear mount. its been a long 8 months of waiting and getting this swap done so im anxious to get it done. thanks guys

that was confusing man. lemme get this straight, are you trying to mount an engine into your car and your rear mount wont go in? or the opposite? you need to work on being concise w/ your problem.

 

haha sorry man im havent been to bed yet been working on my car since ive gotten off of work. Yes im dropping an h22a into my 4th gen chassis, everything is all set for it to run and drive off but the only issue i have right now is that the rear mount will not line up. its about a good 1 to 2 inches off.
