Default AMSOIL Engine Cleaner?

What do you guys think? Anyone used it before? Im going to be testing it out on my sisters VR4 3KGT since she has the harmonius lifter tick. If it works well think I should flush out my engine as well? I have almost 40K on the clock. Had synthetic but went back to regular oil. Im thinking yes just clean it up. Thoughts?

All you do when you are ready to change the oil you take off the old filter, put on a new one there by draining some of the oil. Put a new filter on pour in the cleaner, let it idle for 25-30 minutes. Then do another oil and filter change. The guy said that I woudl be amazed what is going to pour out of my engine...

I think I have Victor Perri II to thank for getting me hooked on Amsoil back in the day....I actually went as far as becoming a dealer for their products.

They served me well and the only reason I never went back was primarily due to the taxes I get raped on here in Canada....well and my lack of accounting skills ...

anyhow....I've used the engine flush before on my own car and I just went out and bought a cheap AC Delco filter and used it to flush the car. You will be amazed at what comes out!

Some people I know use this product annually as part of their "tune-up" ...it's safe to use on the car!

Yes, I ran the Amsoil Engine Flush right before I switched to synthetic motor oil at 12K miles after running regular oil during the break in period. Good stuff. Let me know if you can't find any...

Thanks,
Victor Perri II

Don't know about the Amsoil engine cleaner, but I have heard good things about AutoRx. www.bobistheoilguy.com has some great info about it. Supposedly it works for up to 10,000 miles.

Yea this stuff you dont drive with so I assume its more abrasive. You let the car idle for 30 minutes and then chaneg the oil. No driving.
