you can clearly see his helmet connected to his body wearing the black suit or jacket. that blue/gray thing above the motard's head is not the f4i riders body. besides, in a lowside like that, a person's body has no reason to be that high or far from the bike.

if it was a closed roads racing event, id say it looks like one of those protection bumper bags they tie around lamposts etc on d side of d road but in this case maybe its just a strange cloth bag in the ditch back behind the riders

I believe this pic was taken on the dragon and I'm pretty sure the thing behind his head is another one of the photographers from Killboy.com

Yeah- it looks like the lower half of someone standing in the curve. I outlined the pic (in Paint- pardon the crappy quality) where:
1) shirt
2) jeans
3) pant cuff
4) shoe
It would be cooler if it was a tent and stuff on his back though...
