Deal or not?

94 civic dx: GSR leather interior, intake, exhaust, lowered tucking some nice 16" Einkie's wrapped in 40series tires, it was an automatic but converted to 5 speed, adj cam gear, not sure if it has a new cam, short shift, viper alarm, maybe some more things done but I cant think right now...$3999.00 Deal

see if you can negotiate a deal with him....even if its just a couple hundred....otherwise i think its a decent deal...How many miles?

dont remember the miles, what are my options with this engine, I think 1.5L SOHC? Can I turbo...What are the numbers on it...HP/Torque/Comp Ratio, do I have any options
