Do you guys ever see riders do this?
So today i was driving around and I saw a dude in a wife beater and shorts riding his vfr800 with his feet on the passenger pegs. When he would shift, he'd take his left foot off the rear peg, shift, then put it back on the passenger peg. He was doing this on the street like around the city. Even coming from a dead stop he would put them up there right away.
He looked so ridiculous it made me laugh and frustrated me at the same time.
Have you guys ever seen someone do that?

I saw a lady do that before...and funny enough, she was on a VFR as well 
A guy I used to ride with(SV1000) would rest is feet on the exhaust cans when cruising to stretch out a bit...he was a big guy though

yeah, i think ive seen that same guy. a red vfr? looks like he's tryin to be superman or he just doesnt know how to ride. id hate to think how he'd maneuver quickly in a bad situation sitting like that.

i've seen guy wearing white beater, cargo pants, and riding stand up for like.....5mins? lol maybe he was trying cool down his pants or somthing.

Yup. I usually rush to get the camera so I have something new to post on the Squid thread.
I also try to get pictures of dudes in t-shirts and back protectors.

I've done it after several hour long rides as well. Not in wife beaters or shorts, though. I guess I'll have to try that next

Generally I wouldn't put my feet up on the passenger pegs of a sport bike. I know someone who did that, got his laces caught on the peg and downed the bike at a stop.

that can happen from the front pegs too (my uncle dropped his Concours that way), moral is don't ride with laces.

I've snagged my pants and laces several times, but never threw me off balance. Key is just to lean the opposite way when you feel it getting caught *shrug*

the only time u should have your feet on ur rear pegs if ur stantding that mf'er up on one wheel.. people r stupid i swear they thinks its cool to be sprawled out it just slows ur reaction time down if or when ur riding in the city granted doind a wheelie doesnt increase ur reaction speed but it a hell of a lot tighter
