need help!!!

can ne one tell me wat could be da problem on my crx my rpm wont pass 4000rpm...i changed da igniter already and still has da same problem...so can ne one help out wats wrong????

did you try a new ecu? do you have a chip in the ecu? what motor? need a little more info
