Default 92 civic dx- 94 civic front sway bar? fitnement?

i know the lower arm is not the same, cx has no hole for the sway bar bushings and the ex does, but can i just get the arm from ex and swap it into my 92 hatch? with out messing the geometry?

Yes, you can swap the LCAs. You can also get LCAs from a 94-01 Integra.

I took lower control arms and sway bars; front and rear off a 96 Integra for my 94 Civic CX and the sway bars now fit perfectly and works great.

*note* Everything fits, but for the rear, the CX has holes on the sub-frame to mount the sway bars but it has no nut thread, you have to go to a hardware store and get yourself a set of bolts and nuts. Not a big deal, easy fix but just a pointers up.
