Default itr shocks vs eibach pro kit

Hi folks,
Wanted to know if anyone has experience with the two set ups and/or which would you all recommend.
I have a 95dc coupe, only mods so far: diy intake, diy trunk braces, future im gasket, future basic i/h/e when I get the funds.
Reason I am asking is I think my oem shocks are going already 110k, I can hear a little scrapage (unless its something else) when I first take the car out in the mornings over some speedbumps (can't avoid the spbumps, all over the place where we live).
It's my dd, no auto-x or anything, just wanted to have a fun car w a drop but not slammed.
Drive about 1-1.5 hrs ea way on commute.
Tried searching and hear raves about both setups, but any advantage/disadvantages for either?
Also, I did pick u the itr rear lca so all I need would be to p/u the itr shocks, or sell the lca and buy the eibachs.
Price wise I might be able to find the eibachs for about $200-250. itrs I may have to pay about the same(i hope).
Thanks for looking and for your .02

Being as how an Eibach Pro-Kit are lowering springs and ITR shocks are dampers, u are asking between purchasing Springs or Shocks?

In that case i would choose dampers any day

Hmmm, if u are complaining about scraping on OEM springs, i dont think any lowering springs would suit your needs. Because even though they have 110k and might be sagging a little bit, they should still be higher than lowering springs...

hmm, you think something else is wrong with my suspension? i thought it might be worn out shocks/struts that just giving way when its cold or something. i haven't really noticed if it's only certain wheels that are doing it, but i think the right fr and either/both rears are where i hear the slight scraping sound when i go over the speedbumps. also, it doesn't really happen once the car gets going.
the two setups that i was thinking of getting are used ones (evident by the price and prob can't find or afford a new itr), the eibachs would be the whole setup, shocks/struts w springs included.
i was thinking that if i got some newer shocks/springs that they might be firmer and not 'give out' as much as the worn ones i seem to have.
thanks for helping the noob out.
this is my first dc and i am loving it, always wanted one to play with and i am not disappointed.
