Im swapping a b18c1 into my ef. It has a b16 cable tranny on it. I just put the motor in the car, and was going to set timing until i realized the crank would not turn. I tried lifting the clutch arm and turning but still wouldnt. I also tried putting the trans in nuetral with the shifter on the tranny but couldnt find nuetral.

also the clutch lever pulls up very easily like the clutch is not engaging.
so i pulled the tranny and the bearing moves fine but i noticed the fins on the pressure plate are flat.

what do you guys think the problem is
