hey so i started up my 91 civic si with a obd1 conversion and poor mans type r all motor with 11/1 cr. i didn't convert the fuel injection to od1 but the harness is. i have a 4 wire o2 that is brand new, which i double checked the wiring and its all good. im also running a stock p28. the car idles fine i dont know what rpm because for some reason my tach doesn't want to work . so im throwing a code 41 and 16. could the 16 be because im still running a resistor box. and what else could make it throw a 41, maybe i should get new spark plug wires, im running new e3 spark plugs.
