You say it is "OBD2" which could make someone think that the head is off a 96+ B16.
This appears to be a first gen obd-0 b16 head, as told by the cast cam rails, valve cover and intake manifold.
You also say the missing cam cap is easily replaceable by buying another one at honda and machining it to fit. FYI: It's my understanding that Honda does not sell bare cam caps!

The head was removed off a B16A2 block and all the accomodations are OBD2.
