Aight, I had the engine put in and it was driving fine, besides the fact that it was idling high (2,000 RPM). I was driving on the freeway the other night and when I got off on my exit I noticed that my car was now idling at 3,000 RMP. I made it home and let it be. The next morning, 7/21/02, I was on my way to work riding in 4th gear riding at about 6,500 RMP and all of a sudden the RPM's dropped to nothing. I don't know WTF is going on. All I've been told by the guy that put my engine in was that it was idling hi because the TPS sensor isn't working. I need some serious help. I'm just a rookie to the import tunning business, but I would like to know more. Can anyone help?! I'm tired of paying foo's calling themself mechanics good money and still not have the damn car running up to par. I live in the city of Whittier, CA; e-mail me if you can help me out.
