I have 94 civic ex with a d16z6 and i just got the head p&p 3 angle valve job and a skunk2 intake mani and its running boggish. it has almost no power until about 4000 rpm and then it just gets louder but hardly even pulls. sometimes when i sit somewhere for a minute or so and i go to drive again it just wont go. i just floor it and it eventually kills itself. it didnt do this before i got the head work done and there is no cels. this is my first honda and i dont know much about them my friend just helped me with the work.
