b16 tranny rebuild, how to write up?

Is there anything out there? search ht and google but I have had no luck, if there is anything out there please post it up.

Buy a helms manual.
There are write ups on changing the main/counter shaft bearings, here, but none are as complete as what you seem to be looking for.
