how much is it gonna cost me to fix it???

Not really. It looks like it broke off where there is still some sticking out so you can grab it with vice grips.
I would still fix it. I'm nit picky but it would not keep me up at night or leave me stranded.
It is not uncommon for those the brake. They commonly get corroded and/or get over tightened.
If you search "broke valve cover bolt" you will get a bunch of hits.
Make sure you torque those bad boys down to 7.2 Ft-lbs.

He doesn't have to do anything with the valve cover. Take the coil cover off and you'll see the bolt that broke has a 10mm head on it (#9 on above pic). Use a 10mm deep socket and you're good to go.
