00zzySi... you can do it bc your trial period is up. You click the icon under the persons avatar that says IM and then type in what you want to say to them and click send and you have sent them a pm. And you can go to your profile and click Instant Message History to read all of yours pm's.

Go to the main page for Honda Civic/Del Sol(1992-200) and click the link up top that says INFO FOR TRIAL USERS. Heres what it says:

On Honda-Tech private messages and instant messages are the same thing. In order to message someone, click the IM icon under their avatar .
The person you have messaged will be able to view their message as soon as they load a new page on the site. If the other person is not online at the time that you message them, they will get the message the next time that the load a new page on the site.
