Default LCA Bolts? HELP PLEASE!!!!

Im replacing my LCA soon,, but upon looking at it right now it seems that there is a bolt and nut securing the damper to it???? Isnt there supposed to be a nut welded onto the shock itself?

Ive already bought the bolts from Honda, but from looking at my car im gonna need a nut? Does it have to be specific? or can i just use any nut/washer? Ive been planning to do it myself at a DIY garage and i just dont want **** to [freak] up lol. The bolt itself right now is kinda bent so it wont pass inspection. It can break anytime so im kinda scared to drive my car. Ill try and get pics, but in the mean time ill make a paint diagram.

Is there also any other method of replacing the other two bolts that connect at the end of the control arm and to the trailing arm. Honda here wants 15$ a piece and ill need 4

The rear struts have the nut weld on the strut fork already (as far as OEM).

The bolts you are looking for are $6.32 a piece from Del Ray Acura

^ I know that, but mine seem to have been cut off and now there is just a nut tightened onto the bolt. I have a feeling itll be rusted so i might end up cutting it off. I have the Strut fork bolts already, but im just wondering if any type of nut will work. Do i have to use a locking nut w/without a washer?

I would use a nut with a locking washer. As long as it threads onto the bolts. Put some anti-seize on the bolt too.

Is it okay to use a normal washer as well? So:
Nut/locking washer/washer/FORK/bolt. The bolt itself only has the one end threaded while the other end closer to the head is tapped?? I dont remember the term.
