Default starting problem or not?

my sister has an 04 accord 4cyl. she is having problems starting her car. she tells me that it has a hard time starting. she also tells me that the car cranks and won't start but once you release the key it starts so if you have the key turned all the way it won't start. I don't know what the problem is or if its a problem at all. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem. She just notice it recently. I haven't seen the car so i can't really diagnose it. just wondering if anyone has had the problem.

If it's intermittent ignition issues. either a ignition switch or your rotor/igniter combo may be going bad
