Wheel bearing help??need help.
hello. Need ur guys help. Ive just replace my wheel bearing 3 times in less than 4 months. Its all on the same side. Front left. Cn any1 tell me why?
I brought it to a workshop who change my bearing , n he said its my right. I got home n i jack my car to my dismay its my left again. cos when i jack i spin the rims, i could hear grinding noise n vibration. My right was normal.
Can any1 help me?3 wheel bearing in less than 4 months.. i called my previous owner of my car. he told me tat the wheel hub has been wielded n machine b4. Could tat be the cause?
btw Im still am not sure whether its the left or right, cos when im driving i really cannot tell the noise is from the left or right..

and how can you tell what side it is? you said you jacked the car up and spun it and heard it grind. so you're not making a lot of sense.
ever consider possibly taking it to a different shop? i hope you havent been going back to the same shop over and over again.
and i have no idea what "wielded n machine" means.
you can get a whole new knuckle from a junk yard for probably 40 bucks, i'm sure you're paying a lot more to have the bearing replaced.
