I have a 1990 Honda Accord LX. It wont go above 30. wont roll in drive, i have to put it in 3 for it to even go. its an automatic. everyone says its a common problem and i need to replace the transmission control module. Can anyone tell me where that is and how to replace it? and if thats even what the problem is. Any help would be highly appreciated. thank you for your time.
