Default 97 civic keyless entry remote question

i have my stock radio hooked up with code A269ZUA102 on it. there are two types of key fobs i can buy, one has model number A269ZUA101 and the other is A269ZUA106. the first one has an extra "option" button, i'm wondering what that is

but besides that.. will both remotes work with my radio? or do i need to buy one over the other?
